¡ñ As early as the beginning of 1999, the founder of Halbert first realized the "hollow handle fully welding technology" in the global knife industry, who modified knives with bakelite handle, PP handle and wood handle into knives with hollow handle, successfully avoided mildewing, shrinking and cracking of the handle, and completed the upgrade of the handle quality;

In order to cater to the demand of the market, the founder of Halbert took the lead in realizing the "forged knife handle heat binding with POM technology", investigated the most primitive origin of forged knife and successfully reduced the production cost.
¡ñ In 2001, the founder of Halbert first implemented the "automatic welding technology for forged knives", thus upgrading the production technology of forged knives and completing the leap of product quality.
¡ñ In 2002, the founder of Halbert first adopted "machine ground" blade to replace the original blade made of "handmade ground", which not only reduced the labor amount of employees, but also yielded twice the result with half the effort. Besides, the

Yangjiang Halbert is a kitchen knife company integrating research, development, design, production, sales and service into one. We insist on upgrading of technology, management and brand. At least 50 new products will be researched and developed independently by the company every year, and we are at the forefront of the industry from product design to process innovation and reform.
1. Heat treatment technique to ensure the hardness of products: The "Halbert steel" knife-blade we developed with great concentration has undergone special heat treatment and various processes of grinding and polishing, but the blade can still be bent at 90ºwithout cracking. We make sure that the HRC value of the finished product is 54 ̐¡À1 ̐, thus increasing the toughness of the product;
2. "Molded in one body", excellent technology is the truth: "Molded in one body" is a new improvement of our products, the knife appearance undergone calcination and forging makes people feel comfortable, the knife is sharp-pointed and wear-resistant, it has good texture, excellent corrosion resistance and compact structure, and thus can be comparable to the German knives;
3. High standard for the knife edge: the edge opening process is strictly carried out from the specific angle, the thickness of the knife edge is kept below 0.25 mm, the angle of the knife edge is maintained at 28 ̐¡À2 ̐, and the sharpness of the finished product is tested by the sharpness tester: 60 times of cutting with large knife shall reach 250 mm, and 60 times of cutting with small knife shall reach 200mm.
4. Precise parameters: The company's customized enterprise standards follow and surpass the international industrial standards, each production link is up to the enterprise standards (including the steel plate heat treatment parameters, the knife edge sharpness parameters, the surface roughness parameters, etc.), and the most rigorous and standard production parameters are adopted to improve productivity and ensure the normalization of quality;
5. Automatic machine polishing: The semi-automatic machine grinding and manual grinding are combined and each knife has to undergo 3 to 4 times of repeated grinding and polishing, which not only improves the production efficiency, but also ensures the unified standard of product quality.
6. Mature product process: Our production process of "hollow handle and forged knife" are quite mature, and the wooden handles would undergo physical and chemical professional treatment, thus comprehensively improving the quality and performance, effectively avoiding the recurrence of quality problems of the wooden handles, such as going moldy and shrinking.
7. The R&D products repeatedly won national patents: we have independently researched and developed more than 300 types of products and won 8 national utility patents and 88 appearance patents. In the past two years, we increased capital investment in the design, research and development of products.
